๐ฏ Your Mission: As the Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, organization, management, and control of our e-commerce service operations. Your mission is to ensure efficiency and compliance with our company goals, internal procedures, and legal requirements while overseeing all operational and administrative tasks of the branch.
๐ What You Will Do:
๐ข Maintain the companyโs corporate image with Customs Authorities, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
๐ Ensure compliance with company procedures, security regulations, and applicable laws, particularly customs regulations.
๐ Oversee the customs authorization process, ensuring accurate information submission (H7 Declaration, Simplified Procedure, Authorized consignor/consignee).
๐ Analyze operational results to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the branch.
๐๏ธ Plan and allocate resources (staff, suppliers) for optimal operations.
๐ค Coordinate and supervise team activities, ensuring smooth operations.
๐ฆ Ensure proper handling of goods during warehouse inspections and manage inbound/outbound truck processes.
๐ก๏ธ Handle claims and incidents related to e-commerce operations, ensuring all parties are informed.
๐ Support business development by identifying customs clearance opportunities, collaborating with the sales department.
๐ Address customer inquiries regarding e-commerce operations.
๐ Report branch performance and KPIs to customers and superiors.
๐ Implement new operations with customers, transportation companies, and handling terminals.
๐ Communicate branch goals to your team and analyze performance.
๐ฅ Supervise staff, manage schedules, and support their development, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
โ๏ธ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for your team.
๐ Perform additional tasks relevant to the role as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
๐ Minimum 5 year-experience in customs department in Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Transport companies or similar.
๐ฅMinimum 3 year of experience managing staff and leading operations.ย
๐ Studies of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or similar
๐ฃ๏ธ B2-C1 level of English
๐ป Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
๐ ๏ธ Experience using ERPs
